6. Payment & Credits

Certain features of the Service may require payment or credits. Pricing and credit allocations are displayed within the Service and may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NarraAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
